EULA - End User License Agreement

Your LNP License

With your purchase of LeadNetPro's software and phone broadcast system you are personally issued a LNP (LeadNetPro) License which grants you the use of LeadNetPro's software and services as described in our terms and conditions.

With your LeadNetPro software you are issued a single license for use of the software under a single domain name. The domain issued to your software is provided by you upon installing the software on your own hosting account in which the domain name you issue to your software to is registered.

Your LeadNetPro software will only be active for this domain name under this single license agreement. If for any reason you need to switch or change the domain name registered to your software at anytime, you are able to do so in your LeadNetPro account. Please keep in mind that your software will only operate under one domain name at a time.

It is you, the end user of the software that is responsible for how LeadNetPro's software is used and any liability created by the abuse of the software is also the responsibility of the end user.

Your LNP License also includes access to LeadNetPro's phone broadcasting platform in which access is granted to you immediately upon purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions as described at time of purchase.

Your LeadNetPro phone broadcasting account will only be active as it relates to your LeadNetPro account.

It is you the end user of the phone broadcasting platform that is responsible for how LeadNetPro's phone broadcasting service is used and any liability created by the abuse of the phone broadcasting service is also the responsibility of the end user.

Utilizing LeadNetPro's software and phone broadcasting services requires an initial admin fee of $97.00 and a licensing fee of $300.00 upon purchase to activate your account with LeadNetPro. For licensing to remain active, a monthly administration fee of $19.95 is due every 30 days to avoid interruption of your software and services provided by LeadNetPro.

If for any reason the required monthly administration fee is not received by LeadNetPro's administration, software and services will become inactive immediately until proper payment is received to restore the use of software and services provided by LeadNetPro.

Under your LNP License, software and services are provided for a single user. If at anytime multiple users are detected utilizing your software or services provided by LeadNetPro, your LNP License will become invalid and your account, software and services provided by LeadNetPro will be terminated.
